Hi, I’m Kartya, a certified children’s sleep consultant based on the Gold Coast, Australia.
I work alongside families to provide gentle, evidence-based sleep education and support, helping you navigate your child’s sleep journey with confidence and care.

I specialise in supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years, helping with everything from settling difficulties and frequent night wakings to sleep regressions, early rising, and bedtime battles.

As a mum of three, I know firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges can be. Becoming a mother was a lifelong dream of mine, but when I welcomed my first child, I quickly discovered something so many parents face but rarely talk about: a lack of support. Those early months were incredibly tough. When my eldest daughter experienced her first sleep regression, I felt completely lost, confused, exhausted, and like I was failing.

With a deep love for science and understanding how things work, I threw myself into the world of infant sleep. I studied everything I could: books, research, courses, and began to truly understand the biological changes babies go through and how to respond with empathy and structure. What started as a personal mission to help my own family turned into a deep, lasting passion for supporting others.

Even once our family was sleeping well, I kept learning.I formalised my training and became a qualified paediatric sleep consultant so I could help other families build healthy sleep foundations without compromising their parenting values or the bond they share with their child.

I provide personalised support for a wide range of sleep challenges including

SERVICES & PRICING

  • An initial consultation can be in-home (Gold Coast based only) or by phone. It includes up to a 2 hour initial consultation and gives me the most in-depth insight into your child’s temperament, environment, day-day life. It gives me a chance to get to know your child’s activities and how they are currently going to sleep, their feeding patterns, solids etc.

    From there, we talk about a sleep plan to get your family started. You will get exclusive access to an app that links me to you so we can monitor your child’s sleep patterns. I will become your sleep bestie who lives in your pocket for the whole support period!

    You will have 1 on 1 support for the following 2 weeks.

  • This appointment is for families that have seen be previously (within a 12mo period) and may feel sleep has gone off track. It’s for those that feel that they need an follow up consultation via phone call, plus 1 week of added 1 on 1 support.

    1 x Follow up phone consultation (up to 60min), or can be e-mail correspondence

    1 × 7 days of 1 on 1 support via phone/text

    1 x Exclusive access to an app with a sleep plan and access to intensive support as we go

  • 1 x review consultation in home (up to 2hrs) as extended support for current clients who are needing extra support in home (for initial and review clients).

    This is is a great option for those that need extra support within the home as they implement their sleep plan or as a follow up leading towards the end of their support period and used as an overview to ensure you are all set as your support period comes to an end.

    This can also be used for those who have been clients (within 12mo period), who wish to have their child's sleep reviewed again.

    * Please note this is just 1 x in home visit/consult. Extended support periods post visit are purchased separately.

  • Quick Reviews are for current clients (within 3mo period of initial consultation or within 4weeks of a follow-up consultation). This is a phone consultation to address minor concerns shortly after our support period has ended as an add-on feature.
